The trails in the park are two lanes, giving enough room for both bikes and hikers. Once in the trail you can split off to the river and follow the Westfield River for however long you want to go. There are a few spots were there are water crossings and some slick rock. Most of the trails are hard packed with some muddy spots when it rains. Staying inside the park you will get maybe 2 miles of decent riding. Taking the trails beyond the park you can ride for a good bit of time. Overall this is a fun trail for beginners with some spots to challenge you if you go in the right direction.
Directions:
Enter Stanley Park either by the tennis courts or by the river. Park at the parking lot, hop on your bike and you’re ready to go.
